一、用途說(shuō)明
LED電子膠QK-5880AB是常溫和低溫條件下固化的阻燃膠，固化物表面平整、光亮、硬度、流平性、抗紫外線(xiàn)好。于電子零件的絕緣、防潮灌封、保密遮封等。

使用說(shuō)明：
● 按配比取量，且稱(chēng)量準(zhǔn)確，請(qǐng)切記配比是重量比而非體積比，A、B 劑混合后需充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆?，以避?br /> 固化不完全；
● 攪拌均勻后請(qǐng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行灌膠，并盡量在可使用時(shí)間內(nèi)使用完已混合的膠液；
● 固化過(guò)程中，請(qǐng)保持產(chǎn)品水平擺放，以免固化過(guò)程中膠液溢出。
注意事項(xiàng)：
● 本品在混合后建議對(duì)膠水進(jìn)行抽真空除泡處理，以排除攪拌過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的氣泡，或靜置10-20 分鐘再使
用，以使混合時(shí)產(chǎn)生的氣泡及時(shí)破除；
● 如采用加溫固化，滴好膠的產(chǎn)品可靜置一段時(shí)間再進(jìn)入烤箱，如發(fā)現(xiàn)表面仍有氣泡，可使用火焰消泡的
方法除泡；
● 混合在一起的膠量越多，其反應(yīng)就越快，固化速度也會(huì)越快，請(qǐng)注意控制一次配膠的量，因?yàn)橛捎诜磻?yīng)
加快，其可使用的時(shí)間也會(huì)縮短；
● 可使用時(shí)間：是指在25℃條件下，100g 混合后的膠液的粘稠度增加一倍的時(shí)間，并非可操作時(shí)間之后,
膠液不能使用；
● 有極少數(shù)人長(zhǎng)時(shí)間接觸膠液會(huì)產(chǎn)生輕度皮膚過(guò)敏，有輕度癢痛，建議使用時(shí)戴防護(hù)手套，粘到皮膚上請(qǐng)
用或酒精擦去，并使用清潔劑清洗干凈；
● 在大量使用前，請(qǐng)先小量試用，掌握產(chǎn)品的使用技巧，以免差錯(cuò)。

一、產(chǎn)品特性及應(yīng)用：

本產(chǎn)品是雙組份室溫硫化的縮合型液體硅橡膠，該膠具有粘度低、硬度低、韌性好、與環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂、銅、鐵、鋁等材料粘接性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，具有優(yōu)良的絕緣、防潮、防震和導(dǎo)熱性能，使電子元件在苛刻條件下安全運(yùn)行。主要用于電子電器、LED燈具、電源、電子元器件、顯示屏等灌封。

三、 使用方法：

1.攪拌：混合之前，A組份需要使用手動(dòng)或機(jī)械設(shè)備在桶內(nèi)攪拌5-7分鐘。攪拌器應(yīng)置于液面中間位置，攪拌器插入膠內(nèi)深度為膠液深度的1/2-2/3。B組份應(yīng)在密封狀態(tài)下左右搖動(dòng)5-7次，然后再使用。
2.混合：兩組份按照重量比A:B=10：1完全混合，混合可以手動(dòng)或作用設(shè)備。如需改變比例，應(yīng)事行試驗(yàn)后方可實(shí)際應(yīng)用。一般B組分用量越多，操作時(shí)間與固化時(shí)間越短。環(huán)境溫度越高，操作時(shí)間與固化時(shí)間越短。一般不建議加熱，以免表面及內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生針孔或氣泡，影響產(chǎn)品的美觀(guān)及密封性能。
3.脫泡：在對(duì)空氣敏感的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域，產(chǎn)品在攪拌后需要真空抽氣。
4.工作時(shí)間：常溫25℃下，產(chǎn)品的粘度會(huì)隨著時(shí)間的增加而增加，使用時(shí)做到現(xiàn)用現(xiàn)配，在短時(shí)間（30分鐘）內(nèi)完成。過(guò)量調(diào)配好的膠，勿倒入剩余膠料容器中。

四、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)及注意事項(xiàng)：

1.本產(chǎn)品應(yīng)密封儲(chǔ)存于陰涼干燥通風(fēng)處（5℃～25℃），防止雨淋及日光曝曬。
2.產(chǎn)品在常溫下A膠貯存期為12個(gè)月，B膠儲(chǔ)存期為6個(gè)月，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間存放后，膠中的填料會(huì)有所沉降，請(qǐng)攪拌均勻后使用，不影響性能。
3.本產(chǎn)品為非危險(xiǎn)品，但要注意使用過(guò)程中，盡量避免固化劑與皮膚和眼睛接觸，一旦接觸，立即用適量的洗滌劑和水清洗，如濺入眼睛，用流動(dòng)的水清洗至少15分鐘，并咨詢(xún)醫(yī)生。
4.產(chǎn)品開(kāi)封后，應(yīng)盡快用完，未用完的產(chǎn)品需密封儲(chǔ)存于安全的地方。
5.本產(chǎn)品為非危險(xiǎn)品，可按一般化學(xué)品儲(chǔ)存運(yùn)輸。
本產(chǎn)品因反應(yīng)機(jī)理因素，電性能的測(cè)試應(yīng)在72小時(shí)后進(jìn)行。



包裝規(guī)格

本產(chǎn)品采用A劑：20kg/塑料桶包裝；B劑：2L/塑料桶包裝。

一、產(chǎn)品特性及應(yīng)用：
本系列產(chǎn)品是適用于絲網(wǎng)印刷工藝施膠，液態(tài)膠水的粘度高，硬度適中，加溫固化型液態(tài)硅橡膠，具有的耐氣候老化等特性?？稍?50~+200℃度長(zhǎng)期使用，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好環(huán)保，固化穩(wěn)定后可達(dá)到FDA食品級(jí)及檢測(cè)認(rèn)證。適用內(nèi)衣布料粘合，在粘合加溫固化后粘合布料穩(wěn)固，收縮率低，強(qiáng)度高，韌性好的透明膠體。用在貼身內(nèi)衣上環(huán)保安全。通過(guò)線(xiàn)條設(shè)計(jì)粘合在內(nèi)衣上穿著舒適，塑出好身段。

二、使用方法：

1、清潔：用膠前將使用設(shè)備與粘膠布料清理干凈；
2、施膠：將A組份和B組份按1：1（重量比）的配比充分混合均勻。（建議使用設(shè)備混合，不用脫泡）混合不均勻會(huì)出現(xiàn)固化不完全或物理性能減弱。本品使用時(shí)允許的操作時(shí)間一環(huán)境溫度有關(guān)，溫度高，操作時(shí)間會(huì)減短。詳細(xì)的操作時(shí)間參考產(chǎn)品型號(hào)說(shuō)明。印刷施膠效果好壞與網(wǎng)版設(shè)計(jì)，膠水粘度，設(shè)備調(diào)試等因素密切相關(guān)。請(qǐng)?jiān)谏a(chǎn)前做好必要測(cè)試；
3、本品易被分子中含P（磷）·S（硫）·NH3（氨）元素的化合物毒化而影響產(chǎn)品的固化，使膠體中的固化劑減少影響固化，用時(shí)須注意清潔，防止混入雜質(zhì)。請(qǐng)?jiān)谂渴褂们白霰匾詼y(cè)試。

?三、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)及注意事項(xiàng)

1、本產(chǎn)品應(yīng)密封儲(chǔ)存于干燥通風(fēng)處（5~25℃），防止雨淋及日光曝曬；
2、在正常存儲(chǔ)環(huán)境下儲(chǔ)期查看相關(guān)產(chǎn)品型號(hào)說(shuō)明；
3、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)土封后應(yīng)盡快用完，未用完產(chǎn)品需密封放于安全環(huán)境；
4、絲網(wǎng)印膠要注意用后清洗網(wǎng)版，未用完膠水清理好放進(jìn)密封容器內(nèi)放在-5℃的冰箱內(nèi)保存12小時(shí)，下次解凍后使用；
5、本產(chǎn)品為非危險(xiǎn)品，可按一般化學(xué)品儲(chǔ)存運(yùn)輸。
