氣缸體是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的主體,它將各個(gè)氣缸和曲軸箱連成一體,是安裝活塞、solar collector曲軸以及其他零件和附件的支承骨架。
氣缸體的工作條件十分惡劣。它要承受燃燒過(guò)程中壓力和溫度的急劇變化以及活塞運(yùn)動(dòng)的強(qiáng)烈摩擦。因此,它應(yīng)具有以下性能:
1、有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度,變形小,各運(yùn)動(dòng)零件位置正確,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常,振動(dòng)噪聲小。
2、有良好的冷卻性能,在缸筒的四周有冷卻水套,以便讓冷卻水帶走熱量。
3、耐磨,以氣缸體有足夠的使用壽命。
氣缸體上部是并列的氣缸筒,目前多鑲有氣缸套。氣缸體的下部是曲軸箱,用來(lái)安裝曲軸,其外部還可安裝發(fā)電機(jī)、extension cord發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)支架等各種附件。氣缸體大多用鑄鐵或鋁合金鑄造而成,鋁合金缸體成本較高,但重量輕、冷卻性能好,得到越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用。
氣動(dòng)閥門的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)并不簡(jiǎn)單,曾幾何時(shí)我國(guó)一直依賴于進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)閥門,我國(guó)生產(chǎn)的氣動(dòng)閥門曾經(jīng)在性能上有很多不足。不過(guò)好在目前已經(jīng)有了很大的進(jìn)步,我國(guó)的氣動(dòng)工業(yè)也在穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。下面我們就來(lái)介紹一下對(duì)氣動(dòng)工業(yè)發(fā)展起到舉足輕重作用的氣動(dòng)閥門究竟是怎樣的?
氣動(dòng)閥門是由角行程氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器與不同類型的閥體通過(guò)機(jī)械連接構(gòu)成氣動(dòng)閥門。氣動(dòng)閥門是借助壓縮空氣驅(qū)動(dòng)的閥門,按照工作方式可分為切斷型和調(diào)節(jié)型兩大類,是工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)儀表的一部分。
氣動(dòng)閥門主要分為氣動(dòng)蝶閥、氣動(dòng)球閥、氣動(dòng)閘閥、氣動(dòng)截止閥四大類系列。氣動(dòng)閥門采用智能控制與定位,與電氣閥門定位器配套,經(jīng)過(guò)操作之后實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)壓力、流量、溫度、液位等參數(shù)的調(diào)節(jié)。
氣動(dòng)閥門可配行程限位開關(guān)、電磁閥、減壓閥及0.4-0.7MPa氣源可實(shí)現(xiàn)開關(guān)操作,并送出二對(duì)無(wú)源觸點(diǎn)信號(hào)指示閥門的開關(guān)。氣動(dòng)閥門中的氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)球閥,氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)蝶閥,氣動(dòng)法蘭閘閥,氣動(dòng)法蘭截止閥等廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、制藥、造紙等工業(yè)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中。
