工業(yè)廢水是在工礦生產(chǎn)活動中產(chǎn)生的廢水。工業(yè)廢水可分為生產(chǎn)污水與生產(chǎn)廢水。生產(chǎn)污水是指在生產(chǎn)過程中形成、并被生產(chǎn)原料、半成品或成品等原料所污染，也包括熱污染（指生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的、水溫超過60℃的水）；生產(chǎn)廢水是指在生產(chǎn)過程中形成，但未直接參與生產(chǎn)工藝、未被生產(chǎn)原料、半成品或成品等原料所污染或只是溫度少有上升的水。生產(chǎn)污水需要進行凈化處理；生產(chǎn)廢水不需要凈化處理或僅需做簡單的處理，如冷卻處理。生活污水與生產(chǎn)污水的混合污水稱為城市污水。

  青島某新建工業(yè)園規(guī)劃面積為2126畝，院內(nèi)工業(yè)以織布、染整和縫紉為主。園區(qū)廢水處理工程分三期完成，每期5000m3/d，本設(shè)計是一期工程，2014年施工,2015年運行，接納的廢水主要是印染漂洗水、退漿和漂白廢水，本工藝設(shè)計不含絲光工藝廢水，該水已進行堿回收。

本工程原水設(shè)計水質(zhì)按照處理出水執(zhí)行國家《污水綜合排放標準》（GB8978-96中的二級標準）  從本工程廢水特征來看，有機污染物含量較高，生化性比較差，pH值變化大，并且色度比較高。廢水中含有染料、漿料、助劑、油劑、酸堿、纖維雜質(zhì)、砂類物質(zhì)等。

  針對于廢水的特點，預處理主要有自動格柵、中和反應池、曝氣調(diào)節(jié)池、初沉池等單元，預處理主要是為了去除懸浮物及可直接沉降的雜質(zhì)，調(diào)整pH值，調(diào)節(jié)廢水水質(zhì)及水量等，確保后續(xù)生物處理系統(tǒng)的處理效率。為了達到較高的COD去除率，降低出水中COD的濃度，在二級生物處理中采用半推流式活性污泥系統(tǒng)，其抗沖擊負荷能力明顯強于傳統(tǒng)推流式系統(tǒng)，處理效率傳統(tǒng)完全混合式。針對原水色度高的特點，同時為了進一步去除COD，在深度處理中采用了混凝沉淀脫色+曝氣生物濾池的兩級工藝，了出水達標排放。

The quality of raw water design of the project is based on the implementation of the national wastewater discharge standard (the two level of GB8978-96). According to the characteristics of the wastewater, the content of organic pollutants is high, the biochemical value is relatively poor, the pH value changes greatly, and the chroma is relatively high. The wastewater contains dyes, slurry, additives, oil, acid and alkali, fiber impurities, sand materials, etc.

According to the characteristics of wastewater, pretreatment with automatic grid, neutralization pool, aeration tank, primary clarifier unit, pretreatment is mainly to remove suspended solids and impurities can be directly settled, adjust pH value, water quality and quantity, to ensure the efficiency of subsequent biological treatment systems. In order to achieve a high COD removal rate and reduce the concentration of COD in effluent, a semi plug flow activated sludge system is applied in two level biological treatment, and its impact load capacity is obviously stronger than that of the traditional push flow system, and the treatment efficiency is higher than that of the traditional full mixing system. In view of the characteristics of high chroma of raw water, and in order to further remove COD, the two stage process of coagulation sedimentation, decolorization and biological aerated filter was applied in advanced treatment, which ensured discharge of effluent to standard.

本工程工藝流程可分為預處理、二級處理和深度處理三部分

工業(yè)區(qū)廢水經(jīng)地下污水管道自流到處理廠自動格柵池，經(jīng)格柵去除較大懸浮固體后進中和池，在中和池中pH值得到調(diào)節(jié)然后進入調(diào)節(jié)池。在調(diào)節(jié)池中原水和回流的剩余污泥混合，經(jīng)曝氣氧化處理后由提升泵提升至初沉池，經(jīng)過初沉池去除固體懸浮物，然后自流進入半推流活性污泥氧化池，出水進入二沉池，二沉池污泥回流到集泥池和調(diào)節(jié)池。集泥池的污泥由氣提泵提升回氧化池。二沉池出水進入混凝反應池。經(jīng)加藥混凝攪拌脫色后進入終沉池進行固液分離，上清液進入中間水池，再有二級泵將水送至曝氣生物濾池，出水達到排放標準后進入清水池。清水池的水作為濾池的反洗水，多余的水溢流排放。鼓風機房以每80~120m3/min的風量向氧化池、調(diào)節(jié)池、曝氣生物濾池和池供氣。初沉池、終沉池的污泥排到污泥濃縮池，上清液回調(diào)節(jié)池。濃污泥由污泥泵送入帶式脫水機進行脫水，脫出水回調(diào)節(jié)池，經(jīng)脫水后作為固體廢棄物處置。

    主要技術(shù)經(jīng)濟指標

該廢水處理工程勞動定員11人，處理每噸廢水人工費約0.088元，電費約0.52元，藥費0.43元，處理費1.04元/m3，年運行費32萬元。

Industrial waste water flows through the underground sewage pipeline to the automatic grille pool of the treatment plant. The larger suspended solids are removed by the grille. The raw water in the pool and adjust reflux sludge mixed by aeration oxidation treatment by a lifting pump up to the primary settling tank, after primary clarifier removal of suspended solids, and then flow into the semi plug flow activated sludge oxidation pond effluent into two sedimentation tank, two sludge backflow into the mud pool and set regulation pool. The sludge from the mud pond is raised to the oxidation tank by the air lift pump. The effluent from the two sink enters the coagulation pool. After adding medicine, coagulating and decolorizing, it enters the final sedimentation tank to separate solid liquid, the supernatant enters the intermediate pool, and the two stage pumps send the water to the biological aerated filter. After the effluent reaches the discharge standard, it enters the clean water tank. The water of the clean water tank is used as the backwash water of the filter, and the excess water is discharged from the water. The air blower room to each 80~120m /min air to fand oxidation tank, regulating pond, biological aerated filter and gas pool. The sludge of the initial sink and the final sink is discharged into the sludge thickening pool, and the supernatant is transferred to the pool. The concentrated sludge is dehydrated by a sludge pump into a belt dehydrator, which is removed from the water to the regulating pool and is treated as a solid waste after dehydration.
